脑卒中认知功能障碍治疗及对日常生活能力的影响

Treatment of stroke and cognitive impairment impact on daily living

目的探讨认知康复训练治疗认知功能障碍以及对日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法将60例认知功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组除了采用治疗脑卒中的常规用药以外加认知康复训练治疗,对照组采用治疗脑卒中的常规用药,采用精神状态简易速检表(MMSE)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)记录认知功能的变化;日常生活活动能力按改良的Barthel指数评定法。结果两组MMSE比较,治疗组治疗12周后WMS评分高于治疗前WMS评分,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的日常生活活动能力治疗前后均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论认知康复训练治疗认知障碍有很好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the cognitive rehabilitation training in treatment of cognitive impairment as well as aetivities of daily living （ADL） impact. Metiaods 60 patients with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 eases 30 cases, the treatment group in addition to conventional drug therapy for stroke with other plus cognitive rehabilitation training in the control group with conventional drug therapy for stroke, mental state examination by simple table speed （MMSE）, Weehsler Memory Scale （WMS） records changes in cognitive function; activities of daily living assessed by the modified Barthel index method. Results MMSE results of the two groups compared to 12 weeks after treatment, WMS WMS scores higher than the scores before treatment, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; treatment group and control group, activities of daily living before and after treatment were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment group compared with the con- trol group significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation training on treating cognitive barrier has good clinical effects.
