摘要
电子设备在振动试验中需要夹具转接,夹具的性能直接影响到设备的可靠性,夹具设计是振动试验中的一个重要环节。文中介绍了一种振动试验夹具的设计,并采用有限单元法对其进行了模态分析。结果表明该夹具动态特性可满足设计要求,可用于多种型号的机柜振动试验,并可节省试验费用。
A fixture is needed during the vibration test of the electronic equipments,the performance of the fixture affect the reliability of the equipment directly,so design of the fixture is very important in the vibration test.This paper introduces the design and simulation of a fixture,finite element method is applied in modal analysis of the fixture,and the result indicates that the dynamic characteristics of the fixture satisfied the design requirement.The fixture can be used for several cabinet,and reduce the experiment cost.
