摘要
小型天线俯仰装置是典型的机电一体化产品,被广泛应用于军、民品的通信设备中。其关键零件俯仰箱具有垂直交叉小直径孔系,且精度要求较高。此类零件通常采用坐标镗加工,但其成品率较低(10%以下),难以形成批量生产。本文通过大量的试验,对高精度垂直交叉的小直径孔系加工工艺方法进行了研究,突破了常规加工的传统习惯,得到了合理的加工工艺方法和工艺参数。同时利用试验结论和方法,在加工应力变形较大的铝制小型天线上进行了工艺验证,解决了小型天线俯仰箱加工成品率低的难题。
The pitching device of small antenna,as a typical integrated electromechanical product,is widely used in both military and civil communication devices.As a critical part,the pitching box has a complex structure and the hole family of small diameter with high precision.This kind of parts is usually finished with the jig-borer,but the rate of finished products is low(less than 10%).And it is hard to produce it on a large scale.In this paper,based on many experiments and with the traditional methods of normal process broken,research on the hole family with high precision and small diameter has been done.As a result,the best process method and parameters have been obtained.According to the experiment result and method,process verification has been done on the small aluminum antenna with the major process stress distortion.And the problem of low rate of finished products has been solved in the process of small antenna pitching devices.
