摘要
新加坡植物园Cool Dry温室用来展览适合在凉爽干燥环境中生存的植物,由于其建筑造型的需要,采用异型拱-壳钢结构体系,且在壳体上设置由双层玻璃构成的幕墙体系,大拱之间增设部分拉索以增强侧向稳定性.基于该工程诸多特殊性,采用常用的结构设计软件无法对其进行准确的计算分析,利用ANSYS有限元软件对其初步设计进行了进一步优化和静力计算复核,并考虑几何非线性,对结构整体弹性、弹塑性稳定性能进行了评估.
Cool Dry Conservatory at gardens by the bay in Singapore is used for exhibiting plants which are suited for living in cool and dry situations.Due to the demand of architecture profile,this conservatory adopts special-shaped arch-shell structural system,and curtain walls made of double-layer glass are placed on the shell.Tensioned cables are set between large arches to increase lateral stability capacity.Because of such special properties of the project,common structural analysis software can not meet the need.FEA software ANSYS was employed to make design optimization for initial design and calculating verification.The global stability capacities taking account of geometry non-linear elasticity and elasto-plasticity conditions were evacuated and analyzed.
