摘要
简要介绍了十字节点平面外抗弯时的变形机理以及刚度定义,应用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS对圆管十字相贯节点进行了非线性有限元分析.分别对主管径厚比、支管径厚比和支管与主管的直径比进行单参数分析,研究各自对十字节点平面外抗弯刚度的影响,并综合所有计算结果回归拟合出刚度计算公式.对支管承受压弯作用的十字节点计算分析表明,对于直径比大的节点,压弯作用下较大的轴力会对节点的刚度产生很大的削弱作用.得出了一些有用的结论,对工程应用具有一定的指导意义.
The definition of bending rigidity as well as mechanisms and structural behaviors of circular tubular cross-joint under out-of-plane moments applied on braces are introduced.Non-linear FEM analysis is implemented through ABAQUS package.Single-parameter analysis is carried out with chord's thickness-diameter ratio,brace's thickness-diameter ratio and diameters' ratio,via which influence on out-of-plane bending rigidity is observed.Based on all results above,approximated formula for calculating out-of-plane bending rigidity is concluded.By calculating and analyzing the cross-joint under axial compression force,it shows that as to joints that have high diameters' ratio,relatively big axial compression forces could bring about a good reduction on the rigidity.Some useful conclusions are summarized which will guide the further practice.
