摘要
分析了石油管材管端纵向和周向超声波探伤组合探头的背景技术、理论基础、具体实施方案以及实际应用状况。采用纵波直探头和有机玻璃楔块构成可变角横波斜探头,进行纵向探伤检测,以及粘接在有机玻璃楔块上的横波斜探头进行周向探伤的组合探头,在不同位置和不同方向同时工作,一次探伤即可完成管端纵向和周向探伤。
The combinational probes of ultrasonic detection of longitudinal and circumferential flaws in the oil pipe tube side were introduced,including its technical background,theoretical basis,practical implementation and practical applications.Longitudinal-wave direct probe and variable angle transverse-wave probe using organic glass wedge were employed to proceed longitudinal and circumferential flaw detection,respectively.The combination probes can complete tube-side longitudinal and circumferential flaw detection at the same time.
