分析了影响ＰＬＣ 控制系统的可靠性和安全性的主要因素，提出了提高系统可靠性和安全性的几种设计方法。这几种方法对ＰＬＣ 控制系统具有普遍意义和实用价值。

The reliability and security factors of control systems with PLC were analyzed in this paper. Several design methods to improve system reliability and security were put forward. Those methods are economical and practicable for kinds of control systems with PLC.
