摘要
对氧化锌非线性电阻片的一些实验现象规律进行了分析和研究,发现氧化锌非线性电阻片的电容随烧成温度和烧成时间的延长而增大,而且电容与电位梯度和冲击性能有很大的相关关系。
Analysis and some experimental works have been carried out on ZnO varistor. It is found that Copacitance of ZnO varistor increases as heating temperature and duration increases Moreover, Capacitance of ZnO varistor has close correlation with Its behaviour under impulses. A new experimental method and way is provided for study and observation of ZnO varistor behavior under heavy impules stress.
