摘要 目的 建立酶标仪的自检方法,检定酶标仪的各项性能指标.方法 参照〈中华人民共和国国家计量检定规程-酶标分析仪〉并利用分光光度计,对Multiskan MK3酶标仪各项性能指标进行检定.结果 Multiskan MK3酶标仪示值稳定性(0.001A)、波长示值误差(-1.0 nm)、波长重复性(0 nm)、吸光度示值误差(0.006 A)、吸光度重复性(0.17%)、灵敏度(0.018 L/mg)、通道差异(0.005A)及线性(1.88%)均检定合格.结论 具有性能优良分光光度计的临床实验室可进行酶标仪的自检. Objective To establish a self-calibration method that monitors and corrects multiple performance indexes for microplate readers in a clinical setting. Methods According to the People's Republic of China national metrologieal verification regulations for ELISA analyzer, the performance status of a microplate reader Multiskan MK3 was checked by a spectrophotometer. Results Fore Multiskan MK3 microplate reader,readout stability (0. 001A),wavelength error (-1.0 nm ), wavelength repeatability ( 0nm ), absorbance error ( 0. 006A ), Absorbance repeatability (0. 17%), sensitivity (0. 018L/mg),channel difference (0. 005A) and linear (1. 88% ). These results were in line with those required by the regulation. Conclusion Clinical laboratories that had advanced spectrophotometers may be able to perform self-calibration of microplate readers by following the method described above.
