胰腺癌肿瘤标志物单项和联合检测的评价

摘要 目的 应用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,对肿瘤标志物CA199,CEA在胰腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值进行评价.方法 采用电化学发光免疫分析法检测胰腺癌患者、胰腺良性疾病患者及健康对照者血清中的CA199,CEA含量,分析并比较单项检测和联合检测的意义,通过ROC曲线评价CA199,CEA在胰腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值.结果 与良性胰腺疾病组及健康对照组相比,胰腺癌组血清CA199,CEA含量差异均有统计学显著性意义(P〈0.01);CA199+CEA,CA199,CEA的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.89,0.80,0.68.结论 通过ROC曲线评价CA199,CEA联合检测对胰腺肿瘤诊断有显著意义. Objective To evaluate the value of single and combined CA199 and CEA in diagnosis of pancreatic tumor by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Methods Serum levels of CA199 and CEA in cases of pancreatic cancer,pancreatic benign tumor and control were measured by electroehemilum inescence method. The value was analysed in pancreatic tumor by ROC curve. Results There was significantly difference between pancreatic cancer group and pancreatic benign tumor group (P〈0. 01),the control group (P〈0. 01) in serum levels of CA199 and CEA respectively. Area under ROC curve(AUC) of CA199+CEA,CAI99 and CEA was 0. 89,0. 80 and 0.68 respectively. Conclusion The combined measurement of CA199 and CEA is of value in diagnosis of pancreatic tumor by evaluation of ROC curve.
