摘要
输电系统的开放为发电市场提供了一个公平的竞争环境，同时打破了把输电网仅仅作为电力传输的技术工具的传统观念。如何处理伴随输电系统开放而带来的新问题已成为目前研究的热点之一。文中就转运定价、并行线路引起收费不合理问题的处理、辅助服务定价以及拥挤管理等4个主要经济问题的研究现状进行了总结，分析了尚存在的问题并指出其发展趋势。
Transmission open access (TOA) provides a fair environment for generation competition. At the same time. it also changes the traditional concept that transmission systcm is only seen as the technical tool to transfer power. How to deal with the new problems accompanying TOA now is becoming a hot spot of research. This paper introduces the achieved products.exlsting problems and research trend of the recent work on four unresolved economic issues. i. e.. methodologies used in evaluating the cost of wheeling. handling of unreasonable charge caused by parallel path. pricing ancillary services and congestion management.
