湖北电网ＥＭＳ是引进ＡＢＢ公司的ＳＰＩＤＥＲ 系统。介绍了该系统的配置及发电控制、生产计划、网络监视、安全分析评估４ 部分功能应用情况，提出了基础调度自动化工作实用化后应在量测分布、刀闸实时信息采集、气象温度实时采集、机组运行费用数据测试等方面进一步完善的改进要求。

EMS for Hubei Electric Pow er System is SPIDER system introduced from ABB Com pany. The system configuration and the four functions of autom atic generation control (AGC), production planning, netw ork supervision, security analysis assessm entare introduced. In order to satisfy the requirem entofEMS, severalim provem entsuggestions in the practicalSCADA system are put forward according to the experience from application and operation. These suggestions include m etering distribution, the real-tim e data acquisition of isolators, the real-tim e acquisition of m eteorological tem perature and the data testofunits operation charge and so on.
