电网生产管理系统

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENTSYSTEM FOR ELECTRICPOWER NETWORK

介绍了南方电力联营公司基于引进ＡＢＢ公司ＰＣＳ２０００ 系统基础上的南方电网生产管理系统。系统通过数据工作站与ＳＣＡＤＡ 系统进行串行数据通信，将ＳＣＡＤＡ 实时数据进行分类、计算加工后转发至ＳＱＬＳｅｒｖｅｒ数据库服务器，保存在实时及历史数据库中。网络用户可以通过任何一台装有电网生产管理系统浏览器的微机迅速、高效地查询到电力系统生产运行的实时和历史信息。系统采用客户／服务器（Ｃｌｉｅｎｔ／Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ）机制以及开放数据库互联（ＯＤＢＣ）技术。

Based on the PCS2000 system introduced from ABB Com pany, the production m anagem ent system (PMS) for electric power netw ork in South China Electric Pow erJointCorporation is presented. The PMSforelectric pow er netw ork in this paper enables authorized Intranet and Internet users to get quickly and properly the entire inform ation of electric production and operation. Through the serialdata com m unication betw een data w orkstations and the SCADA system , the PMSclassifies, calculates and processes real-tim e data form the SCADA system , and then transm its them into the real-tim e and historicaldatabasesofMSSQLServerdatabase server. Network userscan quickly and efficiently accessthe real-tim eand historicalinform ation ofthe electric production and operation by any com puter installed with the PMSbrow ser. The Client/ Server m echanism and ODBC(open database connectivity) technique are applied in the PMS.
