医院护士心理弹性与健康状况的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between the mental flexibility and health status in the nurses of hospitals

目的了解山东省泰安市某三甲医院护士的心理弹性水平及其与健康状况的关系,以期为改善护士心理健康状况提供依据。方法随机抽取医院五大科室的102名护士(均为女性),采用成人心理弹性量表(The resilience scale for adult,RSA)与症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)对其进行调查。结果不同年龄组、不同工作年限、不同职称和学历的护士的心理弹性分别不同(均P(0.01),心理弹性各维度与SCL-90呈负相关(r=-0.21^-0.67,P(0.05,P(0.01)。结论护士心理弹性与健康状况具有相关性,且心理弹性低的护士,其健康状况存在的问题比较严重。医院管理人员应该重视增强护士的心理弹性,以利于其维持良好的健康状况。

Objective To understand the mental flexibility and its relationship with the health status in nurses of a first class hospital in Taian City,Shandong Province in order to provide evidence for the improvement of their mental health.Methods The investigations were made into the 102 randomly selected hospital nurses（all women） through the Resilience Scale for Adults（RSA） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results The mental flexibility was different in the different age groups,work experiences,titles and qualifications of the nurses（all P0.01）,and each dimension was negatively correlated with SCL-90（r=-0.21^-0.67,P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01）.Conclusions The nurses＇ mental flexibility and their health status are correlated,and the nurses with low psychological flexibility have more serious health problems.Hospital managers should pay more attention to enhancing the nurse＇s mental flexibility in order to keep healthy.
