摘要
目的探讨对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞和IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4检测的临床意义。方法本研究检测30例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+淋巴细胞和IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4的含量变化,并和30例健康儿童比较。结果疱疹性咽峡炎患儿组与健康儿童组比较,CD3+、CD8+明显增高(P<0.05),CD4+及CD4+/CD8+比值均明显降低(P<0.01),IgG、IgA、IgM含量均明显降低(P<0.01),补体C3、C4的含量无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论疱疹性咽峡炎患儿存在细胞免疫和体液免疫失调,血清免疫球蛋白的降低可能与辅助诱导性T细胞亚群(CD4+)的减少和T抑制细胞(CD8+)数量增多和(或)功能不足有关。
Objective To explore clinical significance of detecting T-lymphocyte subsets（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋）and immunoglobulins（IgG, IgA,IgM）as well as alexin C3,C4 in children with herpangina. Methods Levels of T-lymphocyte subsets and immnnoglobulins in pe- ripheral blood were measured in 30 cases of children with herpangina and compared with those of the control group （30 cases of healthy children）. Results In herpangina group,the levels of CD3＋,CD8＋ were significantly higher（P〈0.05）,CD4＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio were significantly lower （P〈0.01）,the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM were significantly lower （P〈0.01）than those of the control group,but the levels of alexin C3,C4 were not significantly changed （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients of herpangina suffers the maladjustment of cellular immunity and humoral immunity. The weakening of immunoglobulin of blood serum maybe caused by the decrease of the subsets of T cells which is functionally auxiliary and inducing and the increase of T suppressor cells as well as its malfunction.
