摘要 目的探讨EZH2基因在胰腺导管腺癌中的表达及与E钙黏附蛋白表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测32例PDA组织及正常组织中EZH2蛋白及E钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达。结果 PDA组织及正常组织中EZH2蛋白的表达率分别为87.5%、15.4%(P<0.05),EZH2高表达患者伴随着E钙黏附蛋白低表达、肿瘤阳性、肿瘤体积大。结论 EZH2在胰腺导管腺癌组织中明显高表达,E-cad在细胞分化机制中可能发挥某种重要作用,提示两者与胰腺导管腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,对于胰腺导管腺癌的早期诊断及判断预后可能有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) gene in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and its correlation with expression of E-cadherin. Methods The protein expressions of EZH2 and E-cadherin in 32 cases of PDA tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical method. Results The rates of EZH2 protein expression in PDA tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were 87.5%,15.4%(P〈0.05); The protein expression of EZH2 in PDA tissues was related to E-cadherin, pathological grade, tumor size; Patients with high expression of EZH2 were accom- panied with low expression of E-cadherin, tumor-positive and large tumor size. Conclusion Our study suggests that down-regulation of E-eadherin may lead to EZH2-mediated invasion and metastasis.
