异烟肼与奥硝唑的配伍稳定性研究

Study on Compatible Stability of Isoniazid Injection and Ornidazole Injection

目的研究奥硝唑氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍稳定性,指导合理用药。方法在25℃、37℃条件下6h内,观察奥硝唑氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍后其外观、pH的变化,并用紫外分光光度法测定奥硝唑和异烟肼的含量。结果混合配伍液在6h内其外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论在25℃、37℃条件下6h内奥硝唑氯化钠注射液与异烟肼注射液配伍基本稳定。

Objective To study the stability of Ornidazole sodium chloride injection and isoniazid injection. Methods We observed the changes of appearance,and then detected the pH value and the concentrations of Ornidazole and Isoniazid by UV spectrophotometer in conditions of 25℃ ,37℃ within 6h. Results The mixed liquid＇s pH,Ornidazole and Isoniazid＇s concentrations were not significantly changed within 6h. Conclusion Ornidazole sodium chloride injection and isoniazid injection is stable in conditions of 25℃,37℃ within 6h.
