模拟酸雨胁迫及施肥与遮荫对半夏主要药用成分质量分数的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Simulated Acid Rain and Fertilization and Shading Treatments on the Main Medicinal Ingredient Contents of Pinellia ternata

摘要 模拟酸雨,改变施肥与遮荫条件,利用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定半夏中总生物碱、鸟苷和腺苷质量分数的变化.结果表明:酸雨胁迫在一定程度上降低了半夏块茎的鲜物质量及总生物碱、鸟苷和腺苷质量分数,pH值为2.0和3.5时较为显著;在施肥与遮荫处理条件下,施肥(每株施肥量为NH4NO3:2 g,NaH2PO4:2 g,K2SO4:2 g)与1层遮荫(自然全光照的20%)的复合处理对半夏块茎鲜物质量的增长及总生物碱、鸟苷和腺苷质量分数的提高最为显著. Two fertilization levels(no fertilizer and fertilization with NH4NO3: 2 g,NaH2PO4: 2 g and K2SO4: 2 g per plant) and 3 light levels(no shading,light shading and heavy shading,with 80%,20% and 5% of natural sunlight,respectively) were combined to form 6 treatments of Pinellia ternata.The results showed that acid rain treatments reduced,in different extents,tuber fresh weight and decreased the contents of total alkaloids,guanosine and adenosine,the effects being significant statistically with pH at 2.0 or 3.5.In the fertilization + shading treatments,fertilization plus light shading had the most significant effect of increasing tuber fresh weight and total alkaloids,guanosine and adenosine of P.ternata.
