不同颜色和果实对桔小实蝇的诱集效果研究

Attraction Effect of Different Colors and Fruits for Bactrocera dorsalis Adults

研究了桔小实蝇成虫对不同颜色和不同寄主果实挥发物质的趋性.红、黄、蓝、绿和紫5种颜色中,桔小实蝇成虫对紫色有较强的趋性,对蓝色趋性最弱.在供试的8种果实材料中,杨桃、番茄和番荔枝果肉对桔小实蝇成虫表现出较好的诱集效果.

The taxis responses of Bactrocera dorsalis to the colors and the volatiles of different fruits were examined.Five kinds of color boards（red,yellow,blue,green and purple） were used to attract B.dorsalis.B.dorsalis adults showed the greatest taxis for the purple color and the least taxis for the blue color.Of the 8 fruit species studied,carambola fruit,tomato and litchi had greater attraction for B.dorsalis adults.The research was expected to provide a basis for the development of botanical attractants and integrated management measures for B.dorsalis.
