基于BP神经网络模型的商务型饭店微观选址研究——以重庆市为例

A Microcosmic Study of Business Hotel's Location Selection Based on BP Neural Network Model——Taking Chongqing As an Example

在文献分析和实证调查的基础上,归纳出影响商务饭店选址的7个影响因素的16个具体因子,引入BP神经网络,设计出基于BP神经网络的商务型饭店选址分析模型,通过样本学习和训练建立起稳定神经网络;并以重庆市为例进行了实证研究,认为BP神经网络模型在商务型饭店的选址评价中具有可行性和实用性.

Firstly,16 influencing factors in 7 aspects for the business hotel were identified by summarizing previous researches and facts.Then a model of business hotel location based on the BP neural network was designed,and a stable neural network model was established after learning samples and practical training.Finally,an investigation was done for evaluating the selection of business hotel＇s location in Chongqing,and the result demonstrated the feasibility and practicability of the BP neural network model proposed by this paper.
