摘要
面对国外复杂的施工环境,本文结合部分海外项目施工经验,就海外项目机械设备管理工作进行了总结和分析。机械设备管理主要包括计划、选型、采购、运输、安装、培训、使用、保养、维修、报废等几个环节。
Facing the foreign complex construction environment, this paper summarized and analyzed the management of machanical equipment in overseas projects, combining some overseas construction experience. Mechanical equipment management includes planning, selection, procurement, transportation, installation, training, use, maintenance, repair, scrap, and several other links.
