摘要
本文就县级电力企业建设管理信息系统进行了分析，分析了系统的内外部环境及目前存在的主要问题，提出了系统建设的主要目标，并在对新系统进行功能分析基础上。
The paper focuses on implementation of MIS for electricity power enterprises in counties. It analyses both its internal and external environments as well as main problems at present. In addition, the peculiarity on design is also considered.
