摘要
本文提出了基于Ｗｅｂ 平台的科研项目网络管理的设计思想，着重讨论了系统的结构设计、功能结构设计以及数据库设计，并在校园网对系统进行了实现。
This paper proposes concepts of the management system for scientific research project based on the web platform of Internet/Intranet. The design of its architecture, functional structure and database is discussed in detail. We have realized the system in our campus network using ASP. Our future work is to expand the system to a much wider range.
