摘要
在剧烈变化的世界市场条件下，制造企业需要改变制造策略来把握和创造市场机遇。敏捷制造作为２１ 世纪制造企业战略，就是针对当前世界市场动态多变的特性提出的，并得到了广泛的关注。本文简要介绍了敏捷制造的使能信息服务的概念和当前的发展，在此基础上，提出了支持敏捷制造，提供使能信息服务的信息使能框架的概念，并讨论了信息使能框架提供的使能信息服务的种类，提出了信息使能框架的功能模型，以及各种使能信息服务的框架结构。最后对系统安全性和方法进行了讨论。
In a constantly changing world market, manufacturing enterprise should change its strategy to meet and create market chance. As the strategy of manufacturing enterprise in 21st century, agile manufacturing is proposed to deal with a dynamically changing world market, and it gets a worldwide attention. A brief introduction to enabling information service in agile manufacturing environment is given in this paper. Information enabled framework is proposed to support agile manufacturing and offer enabling information service. Then, this paper describes various kinds of enabling information service and proposes a functional model and framework services for information enabled framework. Finally, system security is discussed and methods of different level are briefly presented.
