摘要
为满足先进制造系统的需求,按照STEP 标准,进行了模具产品集成建模的研究。参照STEP的三层结构模式建立了模具产品模型的总体结构,并具体分析了其核心部分———模具产品集成信息模型。充分考虑模具产品生命周期的特点,将模具产品集成信息模型进一步分为模具需求子模型、模具产品结构子模型及模具广义特征子模型,同时探讨了模具产品集成信息模型集成资源的内容及其应用协议的开发过程。
To meet needs of advanced manufacturing system , a research on integrated product modeling of metal die is presented based on STEP. The global die product model is established according to the three-level schema of STEP. And the key model——Die Product Integrated Information Model (DPIIM) is discussed in detail. Considering the life cycle of die product , DPIIM consists of a requirement model, a product structure model and a generalized feature model. Meanwhile , the content of the integrated resource of DPIIM is discussed. And the development of Application Protocol(AP) in DPIIM is discussed .In a word , this research tends to provide a uniform product model for the die development.
