Practice and effect of basic nursing month model in clinical internship

目的探讨护理大专生基础护理月实习模式的实施效果。方法采用随机抽样的方法，对155名护生在基础护理月实习后1周内进行职业态度调查和教员对护生、患者对护生满意度的测评，将满意度测评结果与改革前进行比较。结果绝大多数护生认识到基础护理重要，喜欢护理专业，实习满意度测评结果优于实习模式改革前。结论基础护理月实习模式的改革有益于引导护生树立正确的职业态度，为“优质护理服务示范工程”的开展起到了良好的促进作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of basic nursing month model in clinical internship of junior college nursing students. Methods A total of 160 nursing students were investigated within a week after the basic nursing month. Factors investigated included： professional attitude, staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction. The results before and after the reform were compared. Results Most of the students considered basic nursing as important and were fond of nursing. The result of satisfaction survey was better than before. Conclusions Basic nursing month model benefits the establishment of the students＇ professional attitude and the development of the ＂advanced nursing care demonstration project＂.
