摘要
首先分析了信息技术（ＩＴ）对组织重构（ＯＲ）的驱动和使能作用，并给出了利用ＩＴ进行重构的几种不同方式；然后以模型驱动方式为基础，提出了一个ＯＲＤＳＳ模型框架支持重构的全过程，并对该模型的构成。
The article,first,analyzes the driving and enabling role of information technology in organization reengineering and several methods of reengineering based on IT. Then we put forth a model framework of ORDSS which supports the whole process of reengineering, and analyze the constitution, connection and running process of the model in detail.
