摘要
介绍了CIMS中飞行控制系统(FCS)的投标决策系统的研制开发, 该系统根据招标要求, 辅助决策者进行技术可行性论证, 并通过风险评审和多目标模糊决策等手段, 对各个方案进行综合评价, 最后生成标准投标书. 系统中, 使用了面向对象技术, 并集成了有关CAD等软件, 大大提高了项目技术经济论证的水平, 为今后飞行控制系统参加国内外竞标提供了示范模式和有力支持.
This paper discusses the development and research of bidding decision support system for flight control system (FCS) in CIMS. Based on the bidding requirement, the system helps decision\|makers proceed with technical feasibility evaluation, make synthetical appraisal for all plans using venture evaluation method and multiobject fuzzy decision models, and at last, present standard bidding report. In this system, we use object\|oriented technique, and at the same time, integrate related CAD tools, The research can improve the level of technical and economic evaluation for projects, and provide powerful support and reference pattern for future domestic and international bidding.
