摘要
本文结果发现,10^(-3)mol/L的CaCl_2、KCl、氯化吗啡和氯化5-HT,对离体蟾蜍心脏均可产生抑制作用。该作用可被Cl^-通道阻断剂速尿所阻抑;相反,当以速尿阻抑Cl^-内流后,上述物质均可翻转为兴奋效应。表明上述物质的抑制作用,为Cl^-内流增多或作用增强所致。
Under certain conditions the 10^(-3)mol / L CaCI_2, KCI, morphine chloride and 5-HT chloride can induce inhibition on the toad heart in vitro, and the inhibition may be restrained by a blocker of CI^- channels-Furosemide. When the internal flow of CI^- has been blocked by Furosemide, the inhibition effect of the mentioned drugs reverses to excitation effect, Which indicates that the inhibition results from an increase in C1^- intro-flow or the enhancement of its effect.
