摘要
本文报告了46,XX,inv(6)(p25q13)等5例世界首报染色体异常核型,并对其发生机理和细胞遗传学效应进行了分析。
In this paper, Wc present 5 cases of abnormal chromosomal karyotype first re- ported in the world. They can be classified into pcriccntric inversion, balanced translocation, and unbalanced translocation. Their occurring mechanism and genetic effect are analiscd.
