介绍了可生产厚度为１．２ ｍ ｍ 的具有立轧机的六机架热带连轧机Ｓ７－４００ 系列计算机控制系统。给出了系统的硬件配置及控制软件的设计，阐述了立轧和平轧机之间的微张力控制方法以及轧机所采用的活套高度和力矩控制策略。

This paper presents the computer control system based on S7\|400 PLC for the 6\|stands hot tandem mill with edging mill that can produce the 1.2 mm gage hot strip.The hardware and the application software of the control system are proposed.It describes the method of controlling the free tension between the edging mill and the beam roughing mill, and expounds the strategies of controlling the loop height and the torque ,and presents the adaptive control scheme of setting the speed relevant to the loop height control.
