单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血伴酒精性肝硬化1例
摘要
单纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（简称纯红再障）,因发病率低,病因病情隐匿,易被漏诊。笔者经治1例酒精性肝硬化伴纯红再障的患者,此病例临床罕见,现将体会总结如下。
