摘要
以大型电机为例,剖析了轴承故障的种类及检测波形。并提出了轴承故障监测诊断系统的实用方案,为轴承故障检测提供了新的思路。该系统可根据实际需要,选择系统的结构大小与繁简。若将传感器信号由有线传输改为无线传输,即可将该系统改造成为遥测、遥感的监测诊断系统,使其应用性更加灵活。
Large electrical machinery being the examples,the kinds of bearing failure and detection waveshape.An utility scheme of monitoring and diagnostic system for bearing failure is presented ,which provides a new way of detecting bearing failure.This system can select the structure specification and complexity according to practical need.If sensor signal transportation through wire becomes wireless,this system can be reconstructed to a monitoring and diagnostic system with remote measuring and romote detection,which make it more flexible and convenient.
