郭思乐教授提出的教育靠生、把权力下放给学生的生本教育理念,突出了学生在教育中的主体地位。倾诉日记正是对学校人文关怀缺失的一种有效补救。"倾诉日记"一要让学生乐于参与;二要让学生敢于倾诉;三要让学生喜于交流;四要让学生获得收益。"倾诉日记"的成效是让教师认清学生是一个有思想、会思维的"人";疏导自我心理困惑,走出"成长的烦恼",它必将成为班级心理健康教育中最受欢迎的形式之一。
Talk diary is absolutely an efficient method of making up for the lack of humanistic care from school,which makes students pleased and encouraged to participate in pouring out theirs thoughts and communication,benefiting themselves from these activities.The effects of talk diary is to make teachers understand that students are human beings with thoughts and capability of thinking.It enables students to get rid of vexation or lead their psychological confusion during the years of growth.It intends to be one of the most popular means of psychological education in the class.
