摘要
行动学习是基于小组的"问题—研讨—反思—行动"的学习方式,是近年来在教师培训中逐渐开始采用的一种教师学习形式。本文在分析行动学习理论内涵的基础之上指出其对英语教师校本培训的意义,并探讨了在英语教师校本培训中如何实施行动学习以及应该注意的问题。
Action learning,which recently has been applied in teachers' training,is a learning form which is based on the group study sequence of"question-discussion-reflection-action".This essay, based on an analysis of the theoretical contents of action learning,points out its significance in English teachers' school-based training and some problems worth being paid attention to in practice.
