摘要
厦门大学附属第一医院结合医院实际,提出"科技兴院"的战略方针,致力打造研究型医院。通过采取转变观念,增强医务人员科研意识和提高科研管理人员服务意识;完善科研奖励制度,加强科研激励机制;设立青年发展基金,提高科研产出能力;加强科研过程管理,保证科研项目顺利进展;建设科研公共平台,为科研人员提供保障等一系列积极的措施,逐步形成了一套符合医院科研发展的管理方法,并把科研成果及时转化为临床实践,有效地提高了医院的科研水平。
Combined with situations of Affiliated Hospital to Xiamen University,hospital development by science and technology is presented to build research oriented hospital.By changing conception,strengthening medical staff's research consciousness and research management staff's service consciousness,improving research award system and strengthening research incentive,setting youth development fund to improve research outcome,strengthening research process management to assure research project smoothly development,establishing public research platform to assure research staff's security,research management methods matched hospital status are gradually shaped.Research outcome has been transferred to clinical practice and research capacity is effectively improved.
