北京市若干公园松针中有机氯农药残留分析检测 被引量:2

Contamination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Pine Needles from the Parks of Beijing,China

摘要 选取北京具有代表性的公园作为采样点,利用气相色谱电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)对松针中六六六(HCHs)、滴滴涕(DDTs)和六氯苯(HCB)等有机氯农药的残留进行了研究,并对采集的样本进行了表面清洗和不清洗检测结果比较.结果表明,对一年生松针样本进行清洗和不进行清洗的检测结果没有显著性差异.HCB和HCHs的残留量在各采样点分布差异较小;DDTs浓度较高,各点变异较大,部分公园松针中富集的DDTs有三氯杀螨醇输入的贡献特征.北京公园松针中HCHs和DDTs的残留量降低较多,但DDTs有较高的残留,HCB的残留量有增加的趋势. The concentrations and compositions of typical organochlorine pesticides(HCB, HCHs, DDTs) in pine needles from representative parks of Beijing were studied by using gas chromatog- raphy coupled with electron capture detector(GC-ECD). The surfaces of pine needles were rinsed by deionized water in half of pine needles, while the other in the same park kept untreated. The results suggested there was insignificant signal difference between the rinsed samples and the untreated samples. The concentrations of HCB and HCHs had little difference among parks. The concentrations of DDTs were relativley high and differed greatly among parks. Besides, there existed the characteristics of the contribution of dicofol to certain parks. Though the concentrations of HCHs and DDTs in pine needles decreased largely, the residual levels of DDTs were still high and that of HCB had the trend to increase.
