感染性休克对心脏的影响

CARDIAC DAMAGE MANIFESTATIONS OF SEPTIC SHOCK

26例成人感染性休克所发生的心脏异常表现,归纳有心功能不全、心电学异常和心源性休克。心电学异常表现有一过性损伤电流、一过性电静止区和各种心律失常。

Forty-two cases of adult septic shock, divided into cardiac damage (26cases) and non-cardiac damage gnoup (16 cases), were studied retrospectively. There was no significant difference in the basic conditions between two groups. The major manifestations, such as cardiac dysfunction severe arrhythmia of high degree risk, cardiagenie shock, cardiac infarction- like changes (trantient subnormal Q waves, trantient injurred eletrocurrent), ST-T changes and sudden death were observed. Hypokalemia occurred in. eleven cases of cardiac damage group, even causing attack of ventricular fibrillation. Hence, important role of hypokalemia in septic shock shoudn't be neglected.
