摘要
随着2000国家大地坐标系(CGCS2000)的启用,现有测绘成果面临着坐标转换的问题,而国家电网公司电网空间信息服务平台纵向贯通更迫切需要一种简易、实用、高精度的坐标转换整体解决方案。结合电力行业GIS数据面向2000国家大地坐标系的坐标转换工程,阐述了电力GIS数据产品的特点以及根据其数据格式、比例尺、覆盖区域范围等因素的较高精度的坐标转换整体解决方案。
The application of transformation problem to current China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000 (CGCS2000) brings coordinate surveying and mapping products. The vertical connection of the Grid Spatial Information Service Platform of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) across different administrative levels also demands an easy, practicable and integral coordinate transformation solution with high accuracy. This paper introduces a coordinate transformation project that transforms the coordinate system of electric power GIS data to CGCS2000 coordinate system. The features of electric power GIS data arc explained. An accurate integral coordinate transformation solution, which is designed based on data format, scale and geographical area coverage, is illustrated.
