摘要 将银电互联、网上在线支付、终端购电和社会化代收等平台集成,与电力营销信息化系统有机融合,构建电网企业多元化的缴费业务平台,实现终端用户通过互联网进行电能自助消费结算和交易,通过银行及社会化代收机构以及自助设备等多元化方式实施电费缴费业务。通过对多元化缴费业务方案的设计,尤其是应用需求、系统架构和软件功能的研究,论证了实施多元化缴费业务的可行性,以及实施之后的经济效益与社会效益。此方案的实施,为推进大营销体系建设,响应客户多元化服务需求,有效减少客户与供电企业成本,提高服务水平,实施智能用电服务创造了条件。 In this study, a diversified payment platform is implemented by integrating Internet banking, online payment, terminal payment and social agent payment platforms with the electricity marketing system. Customers can check the balance and transactions on the Internet, and purchase electricity through the bank, social agent, and ATM. The research on user requirements, system architecture, software functions, and diversified payment design verifies the possibility of diversified payments, and its economic and social benefits. The implementation of the platform promotes the construction of a big marketing system, meets the diversified requirements of customers, effectively reduces costs of customers and power supply enterprises, raises the service level, and realizes the intelligent electricity service.
