摘要
基于IEC61850通信标准化基础上的智能电网具有信息充分共享、通信系统可靠并实时交互设备完整信息的优点,基于这一点,本文展望了智能电网中后台的智能发展方向,即将GPS对时、故障录波、备自投、小电流接地选线、VQC等辅助设备以逻辑功能模块程序软件形式嵌入后台系统中,建立站内全景数据的统一信息平台,从而实现了变电站的集约化管理,降低电网生命周期成本,提高运行可靠性,为智能电网整体决策提供坚实的基础。
Smart grid is based on IEC 61850 communication standard, and has many advantages: information can be fully shared, the communication system is reliable, and equipment information is real-time and interactive. Based on this, this paper discusses the development direction of intelligent background in smart grid. Unified information platform can be implemented by embedding GPS timing device, fault recorder, automatic bus transfer equipment and line selection device for low current grounding into the background system as logical function modules. It realizes intensive management of the substation, reduces life cycle cost, improves the operation reliability, and provides solid foundation for the overall decision-making process of the smart grid.
