米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效评价

The Clinical Effect of Mifepristone Used on Functional Uterine Bleeding of Menopause

目的探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 46例更年期功血患者被随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予米非司酮治疗,B组给予安官黄体酮治疗。结果实验组绝经17例,(73.91%),对照组绝经12例(56.52%)。实验组痊愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,但2组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组和对照组在FSH和LH下降方面无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在E2(t=2.342,P<0.05)和P(t=3.654,P<0.05)方面有显著性差异。结论对更年期功血患者采用米非司酮治疗,可以达到更为明显的临床效果,提高患者的老年生活质量,是值得临床考虑的药物治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristane used on functional uterine bleeding of menopause.Methods 46 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group were given therapy of mffepristone,and control group were given therapy of progesterone.Results The menestasia cases of experimental group were 17（73.91%）,and control group were 12 （56.52%）the cured rate and total effective rate of experimental group were higher control group,but no significant difference（P〉0.05）.The decline of FSH and LH in two groups no significant difference（P〉0.05）,but E2（t=2.342,P〈0.05） and P（t=3.654,P〈0.05）had significant difference.Conchusion Mifepristone used for functional uterine bleeding of menopause,can reached up more significant clinical effect and enhance life quality,so it is a desirable therapy drug in clinical work.
