摘要
作者对某棉织厂扩建工程环境进行了调查监测,发现东马塘水水质存在一定的有机污染,其中COD(15.57mg/L)、BOD_5(6.6mg/L)和悬浮物(24.1mg/L)均超过国家地面水质量二级标准;噪声污染以交通干道区最大,Leq达70.2dB(A),各功能区噪声时点分析,Leq值安静区24小时的6个时点均超过国家标准,特别对厂周文教区、居民区的影响较大;大气环境中最主要环境因素是TSP,日平均值(1.72mg/m^3)较高,超过国家大气质量三级标准。本文针对以上问题提出了有益的建议。
This paper reports the environmental investigation on the buiding field of the child blanket factory extension project. Water in Dong- ma pond, to which its waste water was drained, was polluted by organic substances. Among them COD (15.57mg/L), BOD(6.6mg/L) and SS(24.1 mg/L)were all over the national standard of the second class water. The highest noise pollution was in the traffic area with the Leq reaching 70.2dB(A). The 24-hour environmental noise varied from the highest in the morning (8:00AM) to the lowest before dawn (4:00AM). In every functional area the Leq values at six time points in quiet areas were all over the national standard, with the culture-education area and the residential aera paticu- larly impacted. The daily mean level of TSP(17.2mg/m^3), an essential factor in atmospheric environment, was also over the national standard of the third atmospheric quality. In view of above conditions, some sugges- tions have been put forward.
