摘要
以硅胶ＧＦ２５４为吸附剂，环已烷－ 醋酸已酯－ 冰ＨＡｃ（４ｖ４ｖ１）为展开剂，采用双波长薄层扫描法测定快克胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量，测定波长λｓ＝ ２４５ｎｍ ，参比波长λｒ＝３１５ｎｍ ，测得平均回收主经为１００．０％ ，ＲＳＤ 为０．８４％ 。
Abstrbent makes from silicagel GF254 developer makes from cyclohexane-ethyl acetateglactal acetic acid(4∶4∶1). The content of acetaminophen in Guike capsule was determined by the thin-layer scanner of double wavelength. The detremined wave length λs was 245nm, The contrsted wave length was 315nm, The average recovery was 100%, RSD was 0.84%.
