器官灌流法对蛇毒引起狗DIC的鉴别作用

DIFFERENTIAL EFFECT OF THE ORGANIC IRRIGATION FOR DIC INDUCED BY AGKISTRODON ACUTUS VENOM IN THE DOGS

尖吻蝮蛇毒(Agkistrodon acutus venom,AAV)引起狗实验性DIC,並对肺、肾两脏器进行灌流。组织经常规制片,HE、PTAH及MSB染色后,光镜下观察,表明器官灌流法对降低DIC的假阳性具有一定作用,并能提高组织结构的清晰度。

Acute disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) was ind- uced by the intravenous injection of Agkistrodon acutus venom (AAV) in three dogs and their lungs and kidneis were irrigated with saline. The spe- cimens were routinely prepared and observed under the light microscope. The result suggest that the organic irrigation decreases the false positive rate of DIC, and makes the structure of tissue more clear.
