石化工业的发展与国民经济增长点

Development of Petrochemical Industry and Growth Points of National Economy

文章以数据为依据讨论了我国石化工业发展18年后，产品自给率反而下降的原因；并从市场需求、建成支柱产业和国际经验等方面，测算了我国石化工业应有的发展速度；指出我国石化工业是盈利产业及达到该目标应采取的政策和战略措施。

Based on the data, this paper discusses the reasons that after 18 years’development of petro-chemical industry in our country, the self-sufficient rate of products decreases instead of increases.The paper also estimates the developing speed of petrochemical industry in our country from aspects of market demand, pillar industry establishment and international experiences, and points out that our petrochemical industry should be a profitable industry and for attaining such a goal what policy and strategic measures should be taken.
