从勘察设计企业对档案利用需求出发,按照现代企业制度要求,研究建立一套突出高效利用的、以企业数字档案为资源的知识管理服务体系,从构建数字档案结构化数据库开始,依托网络环境和技术,提出系统解决方案,对企业档案的深度发掘利用进行创新探索。
