非语言性沟通在儿科护理工作中的应用

目的探讨非语言性沟通在儿科护理工作中的作用。方法选择我院2009年11月到2010年12月的住院儿科患儿100例,随机分对照组与观察组,每组50例,对照组采用语言为主的沟通方式,观察组在对照组基础上进行非语言沟通,患儿出院后由其父母填写护理满意度调查表。结果观察组患儿家属对护理技术和服务态度的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恰当的非语言性沟通方式能够促进和谐的护患关系的形成,有利于儿科护理工作的进行。

Objective To evaluate non-verbal communication in pediatric nursing role.Methods A hospital in November 2009 to December 2010 pediatric patients hospitalized 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,n = 50 patients in the control group were language-based communication,observation group in the control group On the basis of non-verbal communication,completed by their parents after discharge in children with nursing satisfaction survey.Results The group of children and families of the attitude of nursing skills significantly higher satisfaction（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The appropriate nonverbal communication to promote the harmonious formation of nurse-patient relationship is conducive to the conduct of pediatric nursing.
