摘要
介绍了CCDB型系列磁传动水平注水泵的结构特点、工作原理、关键技术、室内试验及现场应用情况。采用组合推拉磁路设计的小体积、耐高压、高效率磁力驱动器与高扬程多级离心泵匹配, 从根本上解决了目前油田增压注水泵高压条件下机械密封存在的介质泄漏、检修频繁、可靠性低等问题, 具有结构紧凑、运行平稳、噪音低、使用寿命长、方便管理等优点。现场应用表明, 该系列注水泵用于油田增压注水及作为水力泵抽油工艺配套动力设备, 可获得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The design features, working principle, key techniques, lab test and field test of CCDB series magnetic driven horizontal injection pump are introduced. The new pump adopts a magnetic driver with combined pull push magnetic circuit, matching with a multi stage centrifugal pump with high lift, solves the problems with the existing booster pump, such as medium leak, frequent repair and low reliability. It is characterized by compact structure, smooth operation, low noise, long service life and convenient management. Field application shows that, by using this series pumps for water injection or as hydraulic pump accessory equipment, remarkable economic and social benefits can be achieved.
