摘要
由随钻测量系统、导向马达系统和优质高效钻头构成的导向钻井系统的开发和应用,实现了大斜度井井眼轨道控制过程中定向、增斜、稳斜、调整井斜和方位等的连续作业, 并随钻监测, 随时调整钻井参数和钻井方式。从数学和力学的角度, 对导向钻具组合进行变形分析, 进一步求出结构参数、工艺参数以及井身参数对钻头侧向力和工具造斜能力的影响, 从而实现导向钻具的优化设计。分析和探讨了导向钻具组合在实际应用中须注意的10 项要点。
Guide drilling system is comprised of measurement while drilling apparatus, guide motor unit and high efficiency bit. By the use of the guide drilling system, continuous operation of high deviated hole trajectory control can be carried out, and monitoring while drilling can be achieved. An analysis of deformation of guide drilling tools is made from the angle of mathematics and mechanics, thereby the influence of structural parameters, technological parameters and borehole geometric parameters on the side force of bit and hole deflecting is investigated, and the guide drilling tools are optimized. Matters that should be noted in the application of the guide drilling system are expounded.
